“This former State employee used his position in government to seek and secure improper gifts and a lucrative job offer from a publicly-traded company while overseeing their $120 million contract with the State, conduct that violated his oath of service, our State ethics laws and the public’s trust. Both he and the company have now been held accountable for the illegal actions my investigation uncovered, and I will continue using the resources of my office to pursue those who flaunt their oath to the law as well as the public they have sworn to serve.”
