The Inspector General received a complaint alleging Sherri Freitas, a Supervising Driver Improvement Examiner at the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), inappropriately contacted a DMV Administrative Law Judge to discuss a Driving While Intoxicated case pending against her boyfriend.
