Our Offices
IMPORTANT: In accordance with New York Forward’s reopening guidelines for offices, the Offices of the Inspector General are strongly discouraging any unscheduled visits to its offices. The best and safest method to contact our office is via our online complaint forms, phone or mail as outlined below.
All in-person appointments must be scheduled in advance by calling 518-474-1010. All visitors must wear face coverings, adhere to proper hygiene, social distancing rules, appropriate use of PPE and cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Visitors will also be subject to a mandatory health screening assessment (questionnaire and temperature check) before being granted entry to the office.
